We’re snacking on pears and apples this week, and I’ve stored some of the potatoes and onions. I’ll cook with the scallions and sage in other dishes. For lunch this week, JP is eating salad with tomatoes, onions, scallions, black beans, and a lime-cilantro dressing.
I also made an Autumn soup with squash, potato, onion, and kale with the broth leftover from the chicken poached for the tamales.
